Web-based event solution automatically distributes registrations to multiple Kiddie Academy franchise centers

WebbMason’s winning solution was designed for Kiddie Academy, a leading family child care provider with more than 100 independent franchises coast to coast. WebbMason designed an integrated, multi-touch, interactive and social program for StorytimeLIVE!, a series of promotional events designed to enhance enrollment in Kiddie Academy Franchises. The web-based outreach, tracking and lead distribution solution automated many of the processes that had previously been handled manually, reducing administration overhead for the organization.
The solution automated the collection and segmentation of registration information for StorytimeLIVE! events at multiple Kiddie Academy franchises while enabling event organizers to centrally track and analyze who registered and how they came to the site. The integrated multi-touch marketing program generated a 39.21% conversation rate, a 65% improvement over the previous year’s campaign, along with a 28% increase in Facebook followers.
The event marketing program included: personalized QR codes printed on all direct mail pieces to allow users to directly access personalized registration microsites, landing pages that enabled visitors to search for StorytimeLIVE! events by ZIP code, a social media component that allowed registrants to send event information to friends by email or Facebook, and an email marketing campaign.
