WebbMason Partners with one of the Nation’s Most Prominent Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan Providers to Improve Enrollment and Retention in a Specialty Program

Greater interest and participation in the program created the need for a more automated enrollment system, fulfillment activities and reporting capabilities.

Highmark’s Health Partner Program allows Highmark Medicare Advantage members the option to assign a designated Health Partner to help them navigate the health care system and achieve better health and quality of life. Both the member and their respective Health Partner receive ongoing education and proactive communications to improve members’ health and wellness. WebbMason provides a robust fulfillment process that allows for personalized and timely communications to be sent to members.

Since the program’s inception in 2008, enrollment was gained through manual direct mail campaigns. After implementing an online enrollment process with the help of WebbMason in 2011, Highmark now has two avenues to join the program. In addition, an online dashboard was created to capture real-time reporting such as total membership, member demographics and campaign management.
